Voicemail Changes
On the Evening of April 21st, CellularOne of East Texas will be upgrading our Voicemail and Data platforms.
How to Set up your new Voicemail (Tuesday April 22nd)
- Turn your phone OFF, then turn back ON.
- Simply access your Voicemail as your normally do.
- Enter the temporary password of 1111 when prompted.
- Follow the tutorial to create your new password and record your greeting.
- The voicemail menu is the same as before but use the pocket guide if you need help.
What about your old voicemails?
Be sure to retrieve any existing messages you need from voicemail box on April 21st. These messages will not transfer to your new voicemail. IF you still need those old messages after April 21st, you may retrieve them: Dial 903-404-9050. If calling from your wireless phone, you will automatically access your old voicemail messages. If calling from a landline, you will be prompted to enter your wireless number and old password, and then you will be able to retrieve your old messages. Ability to access your old voicemail ends May 1, 2008.
